Is this service available if I cannot get DSL?
Yes. Our high-speed broadband service is available whether or not you can get DSL, Cable or any other service. Our service is independent
of telephone lines, cable and satellite services.

What is the installation lead time?
In most instances we install within 3 - 4 days of receiving a completed application. All others generally within 7 days.

Can I get an email address?
Yes. We will provide you with an email address upon request. You may also use any email of your choice.

How reliable is the service?
The service has a 99.99% uptime and is weather resistant.

Will I need any equipment?
Each customer scenario is different. In most cases, businesses that share a building with other businesses will not have to acquire any equipment. However, if necessary we will subsidize the cost of the equipment and will install it as well. Call us for further details.

How secure is the service?
The transmission of your data from your location to ours is encrypted with individually tailored encryption for each subscriber-location. Therefore, each subscriber-location traffic is fully secure from all others. This service is not Wi-Fi so it will not be detected by Wi-Fi devices such as your wireless routers.

Can I do VPN connections?
Yes. Our system supports both PPTP and L2TP/IPSEC. Use your IPSEC/L2TP encryption of your choice or MPPE/PPTP or none if you so choose. Great for remote access and telecommuting.

What port numbers are blocked?
None. That's right. None.

What speeds do you offer?
Speed packages may be a combination of dedicated/non-dedicated symmetric or asymmetric. We currently offer speed packages as follows:

  • Fixed wireless platform: Up to 30.0 Mbps / 10 Mbps
  • Apartment/Condominiuum: Up to 100.0+ Mbps / 100.0+ Mbps
  • Commercial/Busisnee Centers: Up to 100.0+ Mbps / 100.0+ Mbps

How is the service affected by weather?
The service is weather resistant. In fact, we monitored the service during hurricanes Jean, Francis and Wilma of '04 & '05 and observed no adverse effect in communication before, during and following the hurricanes.
